All packages come with our Central Dashboard to allow you access and management to all of your on-demand video, podcasts, and live video. Dashboard includes live stream monitor as well as direct interaction with clients via chat, Facebook, Twitter, and GSMG’s own LiveAssist Panel. LiveAssist allows your operators to handle client issues and direct their browsers to download Flash and or any other website you wish for them to visit, all remotely.
